Without your consent
No cookies. Google Analytics and Google Ads run in cookieless “consent mode”: anonymous pings that count visits and ad clicks without identifying or following you.
If you accept cookies
Google Analytics and Google Ads set their measurement cookies, so we can see how visitors use the site, which ads work and whether a click led to a purchase. We use this only to improve the site and our ads; we never sell or share data beyond Google’s processing. See Google’s privacy policy.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookies link in the footer at any time; declining takes effect immediately. Your choice is stored in your browser only.
The apps
TD3 Studio on Windows, macOS, Linux, iPad and iPhone has no accounts, no analytics and no crash reporting. Three things leave the app, each only when you use them: the online library search sends the words you type to the archive you chose (BitMidi, FreeMidi or MidiWorld); the desktop app’s update check asks our own server (shop.td3-studio.com) once a day whether a newer release exists; and “Report an issue”, on every platform, sends the text you write — with the app version, platform, your chosen MIDI ports, the open file’s name and, if you give one, an e-mail address for a reply — through that same server to our issue tracker. The server forwards these requests and keeps no log of them. Your patterns and settings stay on your device; on the iPad and iPhone they live in the app’s folder in the Files app.
The shop
Purchases run on shop.td3-studio.com. There we process only what a sale needs — your e-mail address for delivery and the invoice — and keep it no longer than bookkeeping law requires.
